Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh Ontario strawberries (chopped with greens removed)
- 1⁄2 cup fresh mint leaves (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup cane sugar, monk fruit or honey
- 2 cups Greek yoghurt or vegan yoghurt
Instructions:
- Combine the chopped strawberries with the mint, vinegar, and sweetener in a large bowl and gently mix until all berries are coated.
- Let sit for at least 1 hour before serving in individual little bowls or ramekins of yogurt.
- Top with the remaining vinegar-sugar mixture that you’ll find at the bottom of your strawberry bowl.
