Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1⁄2 cup nut butter
  • 1⁄4 cup unpasteurized honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1⁄2 cup hemp hearts or chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. 
  2. Roll dough into balls, approximately the size of 1 Tbsp. Optionally, you can also roll these in shredded coconut or any other toppings of your choice.
  3. Chill and enjoy (or place a few in the freezer and enjoy them frozen for a slightly different taste experience)!

Notes:

Optional additions: Add a handful of chopped dried fruit and/or unsweetened, shredded coconut.
