Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces elderberry syrup
  • 4 tablespoons unflavoured gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons Manuka honey

Instructions:

  1. Combine elderberry syrup, honey, and gelatin in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir continuously until the gelatin has completely dissolved and the ingredients are well mixed.
  3. Remove from heat and immediately transfer to a silicone mould using a dropper, or you can simply pour into a silicone cake pan.
  4. Once the mould is full, place in fridge for 30 minutes until hardened. If using a cake pan, cut the fruit snacks up into small squares, or use a fun cookie cutter shape.

Notes:

Fruit snacks can be stored in an air-tight container for up to two weeks.
