Ingredients:

  • 1 cup tahini
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1⁄3 cup dark chocolate chunks

Instructions:

  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl combine the tahini, coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and salt. Mix until very smooth.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate chunks.
  4. Pour your tahini mixture into the pan.
  5. Drizzle your melted chocolate on top. Gently stir to incorporate.
  6. Transfer to the freezer for 4 hours (or overnight).
  7. Remove the fudge and slice into squares.
