Ingredients:
- 1 cup tahini
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄3 cup dark chocolate chunks
Instructions:
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl combine the tahini, coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and salt. Mix until very smooth.
- Melt the dark chocolate chunks.
- Pour your tahini mixture into the pan.
- Drizzle your melted chocolate on top. Gently stir to incorporate.
- Transfer to the freezer for 4 hours (or overnight).
- Remove the fudge and slice into squares.
