Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pure pineapple jucie
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or arugula
  • 1⁄2 cup fresh kale (stemmed and roughly chopped)
  • 1⁄2 cup fresh cucumber
  • 3 sprigs of fresh cilantro
  • 1 serving of greens powder
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter
  • 2 teaspoons date syrup
  • 1 teaspoon beetroot powder
  • 1⁄2 cup crushed ice
  • 1⁄2 cup water

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
