Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  •   ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Add liquid ingredients to blender first.
  2. Add protein powder and mix briefly to prevent clumping.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Adjust consistency with more liquid or ice as needed.
