Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon water (if needed)
Instructions:
- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl, or shake in a jar until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness, acidity, or salt to your liking. Add water to adjust the consistency, if needed.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days (shake before each use).
