Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon water (if needed)

Instructions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl, or shake in a jar until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness, acidity, or salt to your liking. Add water to adjust the consistency, if needed.
  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days (shake before each use).
