Cat Binette is a committed lifelong learner, having practiced many trades, but her greatest passion is reserved for holistic health and nutrition, particularly prenatal and postpartum health. As a registered nutritionist and doula, working one-on-one with clients, teaching, empowering, and sparking passion in others is what she enjoys most.
