Dr. Desta Golden is a naturopathic physician with midwifery training and a Master’s degree in human nutrition. She focuses on supporting moms and growing healthy families from preconception and fertility through pregnancy and postpartum and into the early years of motherhood. Her signature specialty and pet passion is optimizing infant food introduction and nutrition in the first 1000 days of life. She and her husband are raising a healthy family of their own with their two children and flock of backyard chickens.
