Green Mocktail Mojito

A refreshing summer mocktail with mint and cucumber

This mocktail makes two servings and is a refreshing non-alcoholic alternative that goes down easy while relaxing in the sunshine. Add a dose of your favourite herbal tincture for additional chill-out benefits. Kava, lemon balm, and passionflower can calm the nervous system in a similar way to those adult beverages (without the risk of hangover!!).

Green Mocktail Mojito


  • 1 cup sparkling mineral water
  • 20 fresh mint leaves
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • 1 tsp kava, lemon balm, or passionflower tincture (optional)
  • A splash of green juice
  • Sliced lemons and cucumber, to garnish


  1. Add mint leaves, lemon juice, tincture, and green juice to a glass jar or cocktail shaker, and gently muddle, using a muddler or back of a spoon.
  2. Pour in sparkling water and swirl, then distribute between two glasses filled with ice.
  3. Garnish with lemons and cucumbers, serve, and enjoy!
