Chaga Cinnamon Hot Chocolate

Chaga is an incredible medicinal mushroom that grows on birch trees, and is harvested in the winter. Rich in beta-glucans and betulinic acid, chaga is wonderful for the immune system!

    Ingredients
    1⁄4 c boiling water
    1 t chaga powder
    1 T cinnamon
    1 cn coconut milk
    1 T raw cacao powder
    1 t raw honey
    Instructions
    1. Steep chaga powder in boiling water for a few minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients to a small pan and heat on the stove until steaming.
    2. Add mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with a few of your fave toppings, a dash of cinnamon, or even a sprinkle of coconut flakes!
