    1 t vanilla
    4 T monk fruit sugar
    1⁄2 c Almond Flour

    1⁄2 t ground nutmeg
    1⁄2 t sea salt
    Instructions

    3. Use clean hands to roll into small 1-inch balls. Store in the fridge for 1 week.
    Notes

Substitutions: Instead of monk fruit sugar, try maple syrup or molasses instead!
