Mochi Waffle with Fruit Butter

What if we told you that this healthy alternative to run-of-the-mill waffles only takes about ten minutes to make, and it's gluten-free too? Calling for a whopping two ingredients, the most difficult part may just be choosing your favourite fruit butter topping!

Ingredients:

• 1 piece EDEN Sweet Brown Rice Mochi or EDEN Sprouted Brown Rice Mochi
• 1 Tbsp any EDEN Fruit Butter or any EDEN Apple Sauce

Instructions:

Place mochi in the sections of a hot waffle iron, close and cook until crispy and slightly golden, about 5 minutes. Remove the waffle, cut into quarters, and spread with any Eden organic fruit butter and/or your favorite nut butter.
