- 1 c pineapple (frozen or fresh)
- 1 c mango (frozen or fresh)
- ½ -1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and chopped, or ½ -1 tsp of ground ginger
- 3 Tbsp hemp hearts
- ½ -1 tsp stevia to sweeten, optional
