Ingredients
1 banana (natural sugars for glycogen replenishment)
1 c unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 T almond butter
1 c spinach (you won't taste it!)
1⁄2 c frozen blueberries
1 T chia seeds
1 t honey
ice cubes (as needed)
Instructions
1. Add liquid ingredients to blender first. 2. Add protein powder and mix briefly to prevent clumping. 3. Add remaining ingredients. 4. Blend until smooth and creamy. 5. Adjust consistency with more liquid or ice as needed.
